Vault Restructure Plan
Status: Proposed - awaiting approval to execute
Problem: Current vault mixes all businesses in the same folders (Workspaces, Ideas, Projects). As we add more businesses, this becomes confusing and hard to navigate.

00 - Shared/is only numbered folder (stays at top)- Business folders alphabetical, no numbers (scales cleanly)
- Tools inside Shared (not at root) to reduce clutter
- Templates inside Shared (serve all businesses)

Migration Steps
- Create new folder structure
- Move shared files to
00 - Shared/ - Create business folders (Local Pros, Reputation Engine, ReachMax, FieldCard, Web Services)
- Move Ideas files into their business folders
- Move Project files → become Overview.md in each business
- Reorganize Workspaces by business
- Update CLAUDE.md with new paths
- Update all internal links
Execution
Status: Scheduled for first week back (6-9 January 2026)
Why not now: Big migration that could break links and workflows. Better to do when actively monitoring.
