- Built WhatsApp integration for self-message note capture
- Notes from WhatsApp now automatically sync into Obsidian vault
Impact: Can now capture thoughts on the go via WhatsApp and have them flow into the brain system

- Added notes and expanded strategy documentation

Systems day - 9 hours invested in Obsidian vault + sync fixes

- Fixed 2-way sync bugs between Obsidian and remote
- Full Obsidian vault structure for business brain
- All team files with goals/tasks framework
- Project files for Local Pros, FieldCard, ReachMax, Reputation Engine, Web Services
- Strategy docs and 2025 goals framework
- Neo slash commands (/brain, /eod, /idea, /for)
Purpose: Daily accountability, team visibility, strategy execution toward R200k MRR goal
Carrying over:
- Finish Q1 2026 roadmap context to complete the brain setup
