Q1 2026 Focus

  • January: Close payments, sign contracts, onboard 8-10 total customers
  • Close 3 existing + 5-7 new Reputation Engine customers
  • Customer success conversations with onboarded clients
  • Google Maps listing support & tutorial video

Responsibilities

Sales:

  • Get payments collected and contracts signed
  • Close existing pipeline from end of 2025
  • Sign up new Reputation Engine customers
  • Source from Local Pros base (300 lead buyers)

Customer Success:

  • Handle customer success conversations
  • Ensure customers are getting value

If time allows:

  • Create video tutorial on Google Maps listing setup
  • Support customers with Google Maps listings (critical for review collection)
