January 2026 Plan
Focus: Reputation Engine - Close & Deliver
Phase 1: Sales (First 2 Weeks)
Existing Pipeline
- 3 companies signed up end of 2025 - need to finalize payments and onboarding
- Get these accounts fully paid and active
New Signups
- Target: 5-7 additional companies
- Source from Local Pros base (300 lead buyers)
- Close deals and collect payments
End of Phase 1: 8-10 paying Reputation Engine customers
Phase 2: Customer Success (Full Month)
This is the critical focus for January.
With 8-10 customers onboarded:
- Monitor performance closely
- Make system tweaks as needed
- Ensure customers are seeing tangible value
- Document what’s working and what needs adjustment
Success Criteria
Before scaling in February, we must see:
- Customers getting more value than what they’re paying
- Clear evidence the system works
- Repeatable onboarding process
- Happy customers willing to refer
February Decision Point
Only if January proves value delivery:
- Scale sales efforts
- Scale implementation capacity
- Focus solely on Reputation Engine growth
If value isn’t proven:
- Continue refining before scaling
- Don’t throw money at a broken system
Team Responsibilities

John - Technical

- System improvements and fixes
- Technical support for customer issues
Dan - Notifications & Reviews
- WhatsApp notifications
- Email notifications
- Review collection system - getting reviews and distributing them on behalf of customers
Key Roadblock: Review Collection Speed
Problem identified end of 2025:
Getting reviews requires knowing when a job is done. Current options:
- User manually inputs completed jobs
- Sync with Sage accounting
Both are too slow. We need to brainstorm:
- How do we speed up getting job completion info?
- How can we make it dead simple for the contractor/business owner to tell us a job is done?
- The faster we know, the faster we request the review
This is critical to solve in January for customer success.
