Team Focus Documents

Purpose

Focus documents bridge the gap between:

  • Static profile (40 - Team/[Name].md) - Quarterly role, responsibilities, skills
  • Daily tasks (40 - Team/Tasks/[Name] Tasks.md) - Granular action items

Focus documents capture what each team member is working on at a strategic level - their current priorities, projects, and learning goals. Updated weekly or monthly as focus shifts.
