Key Context

Dan showed what he’s capable of at the end of 2025 - extremely high agency, handling projects end-to-end from customer conversations through implementation. Essentially running ReachMax himself.

The shift for 2026: from implementer to orchestrator. Running the business unit, not just executing tasks.

Challenge: staying up-to-date with technology. Without being at the cutting edge, the ideas won’t be generated and opportunities will pass by.
