Tyran Focus
Current Priorities
- Closing Reputation Engine deals - Converting leads into sign-ups
- Customer onboarding - Getting new customers successfully set up
- Speed and focus - Moving fast, saying no to things that don’t contribute to sign-ups
Core Metric
Number of sign-ups.
Everything else is noise. Not how busy, not how many calls, not how many systems helped build. Sign-ups.
If something is taking time and not contributing to sign-ups, question whether it should be done. If something is needed to get more sign-ups, ask for it.
Active Projects
- Reputation Engine - Primary sales and customer success

Key Context
Tyran is at the front line of Reputation Engine growth. The team’s focus is providing enough leads for him to do what he does best: conversations and customer relationships.
Two challenges for 2026:
- Speed - Decisions with 70% information beat waiting for 100%
- Ruthless focus - Ignoring most things to focus excessively on the important ones
