Workspaces

Dedicated folders for different areas of the business. Each workspace has its own Claude context, commands, research, and automation.

What is a Workspace?

A self-contained folder for a specific business domain containing:

  • CLAUDE.md - Context for Claude when working in this folder
  • Commands - Slash commands specific to this workspace
  • Strategy - Research, insights, educational content
  • Templates - Reusable output formats
  • Examples - Reference material, successful outputs

How to Use

  1. cd into a workspace to get that context
  2. Add content - Drop strategy docs, examples, templates
  3. Use commands - Each workspace has its own /commands
  4. Iterate - Update CLAUDE.md as context evolves
