- Notifications & review collection for Rep Engine customers
- Proactively identify and fix product issues - don’t wait for tasks
- Think like an owner - use agency and critical thinking
- Help dial in: product features, bugs, sales process, onboarding, implementation
Responsibilities
Notifications:
- WhatsApp notifications
- Email notifications
Review Collection System:
- Getting reviews on behalf of customers
- Distributing reviews to platforms (Google, Facebook, etc.)
- Critical: This is the core value delivery for Reputation Engine
